A Mane-A*10-expressing pigtail macaque with chronic SIV infection was simultaneously administered three H1N1 (PR8) influenza virus-SIV recombinants expressing either the SIV Gag KP9, SIV Tat KVA10, or SIV Tat KSA10 epitope.
