TMD-HA-mYFP time-resolved anisotropy parameters

Rotational correlation times (ϕ₁and ϕ₂) were retrieved from the fluorescence anisotropy decay curves, global chi square of the fitting (χ²_tot), and steady-state fluorescence anisotropy 〈r〉 of purified plasma membrane suspensions from CHO cells expressing TMD-HA-mYFP, untreated (−MβCD) or treated with MβCD (+MβCD) to extract cholesterol.
