Downstream targets of E47–Id2 transcriptome are regulated by FHL2 in SK–N–SH neuroblastoma cells. (A) SK–N–SH cells were transiently transfected with the FHL2 expression vector or empty vector and cultured for the indicated times. Expression of the indicated transcript abundance was analyzed by qPCR values. HPRT was used as an internal control. All experiments were repeated at least three times, and the results are expressed as mean ± SEM. After 48 h transfection, total RNA was extracted and the abundance of p57Kip2 was analyzed by qPCR. HPRT was used as an internal control.
