Rescue of mislocalization of TWIST mutant. C-myc expression TWIST and TWIST mutant constructs with E12-eGFP were visualized with digital imaging. E12-eGFP construct expression was observed in the nucleus. E12-eGFP constructs were co-transfected with K38R, K73R and K77R mutants indicate the co-localization of E12 with TWISTNLS mutants into the nucleus.
