Merged scattering curves (I(q)[1/cm/(mg/mL)] vs. q [nm−1]) of Phy and dgPhy at (a) 20°C and (b) 74°C. Note the small bump in the scattering curve (2–3 nm−1) of Phy at 20°C that originates from the polysaccharides. Also note the curvature Phy that is steeper than that of dgPhy around q = 1 nm−1, i.e., the dimensions of Phy is greater than those of dgPhy.
