The control group exhibited no detectable defect. At 3 d after viral transduction, three viral transduced groups displayed similar myocardial perfusion. At 8 wks after viral administration, the rAAV-CD151 group exhibited significantly improved myocardial perfusion compared with the rAAV-GFP group. In contrast, rAAV-antiCD151 group revealed decreased perfusion.
