Immunofluorescence labelling with JIM5 and JIM7 of hand-cut transverse sections of maize (‘B73’, Al sensitive) root apex subjected to 0·5 mm CaCl₂ solution (pH 4·5) either with 0 or 50 µm Al for 3 h (A) or 24 h (B).
