Fold changes in transcript levels of adipogenesis markers in the three populations of 3T3L1 cells following exposure to differentiation medium. The three populations were plated in 12-well plates; once confluent, the cells were cultured for 9 days in differentiation medium containing pioglitazone. mRNA was extracted on days 0 and 9 and QPCR measurement of the adipogenesis markers was performed.
