Expression of NPY mRNA (normalized to TH mRNA, which is also coexpressed in Epi/NE neurons) in dissected A1/C1 tissues, by real-time PCR, 1, 2, or 3 d after injection of NPY siRNA (0.02 nmol) into one side of A1/C1 and the control ntRNA into the contralateral A1/C1.
