Data are derived from measurements on 21–23 individual oocytes (from 5 separate batches) for each condition performed 2–3 days following cRNA injection and 1–3 h after injection of potassium gluconate (KG) or 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleoside monophosphate (ZMP).
