Based on the 1979 through 1998 follow-up of residents of 11 SEER Registries (Iowa, Hawaii, Seattle, Connecticut, Detroit, Utah, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose/Monterey, Greater California, Louisiana, and Kentucky) who were 25 years of age or older on their CPS survey date
