Human glioma xenograft cells 4910 and 5310 were infected with Ad-SV at 10 MOI or Ad-MMP-2 at 2.5, 5 or 10 MOI for 48 hrs. Caspase 8 expression levels were determined by western blot analysis (A). To determine initiation of apoptosis, cells were stained with propidium iodide after RNAse treatment and sorted by FACS analysis. A total of 10,000 cells were sorted per treatment condition (B).
