Staining of presensitized CD8+ T cells with HLA-A2/NY-ESO-1 p157–165 tetrameric complexes. CD8+ T cells from patient NW731 (Upper) and patient NW29 (Lower) were stimulated for 8 days with autologous CD8-depleted PBLs either pulsed with NY-ESO-1 peptide 157–165 (Left) or infected with recombinant adenovirus encoding NY-ESO-1 (Center) or with adenovirus encoding green fluorescence protein (Right).
