The effects of r-RGD-hirudin and wt-hirudin on rabbit platelet-aggregation induced by ADP. (■) r-RGD-hirudin inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP in a dose-dependent manner; (♦) wt-hirudin was not capable of inhibiting platelet aggregation induced by ADP; r-RGD-hirudin 0.14 μmol/l could inhibit the platelet aggregation, and its inhibitory effect on the platelet aggregation was dose-response, however, wt-hirudin had no effect on the platelet aggregation which was induced by ADP
