Determination of coagulation parameters before and after treatment. r-RGD-hirudin inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP and the inhibitory effect was dose-response (a); wt-hirudin does not possess this effect. Abciximab also can inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP. Compared with before treatment *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01; wt-hirudin (1.0 mg/kg) compared with r-RGD-hirudin (1.0 mg/kg), (Δ) P < 0.05. After infusion of r-RGD-hirudin or wt-hirudin, TT (b), PT (c) and APTT (d) were prolonged significantly. The anti-thrombotic effect of r-RGD-hirudin was dose-dependent. (Compared with before treatment *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01). Compared with wt-hirudin (1.0 mg/kg), r-RGD-hirudin (1.0 mg/kg) inhibited thrombin more effectively than wt-hirudin. (Δ) P < 0.05
