NL4-3-induced apoptosis is attenuated by DPI and mu-36. Equal numbers of EV/CIDHP, NL4-3/CIDHP, or mu-36/p66ShcA/NL4-3/CIDHP were incubated in the presence or absence of DPI (5 μm) for 48 h. At the end of the incubation period, the occurrence of apoptosis was assayed by cell death ELISA.
