Axial pre- (A) and postcontrast (B) T1-weighted MR images show mild diffuse enhancement of the right cochlea and vestibule (arrows). No enhancement of the contralateral labyrinth is apparent, but on the right there is intense enhancement of the endolymphatic sac (arrowhead).
