Note that due to the different substrate preferences, AblKD activity is significantly higher than Src activity. Trp407 in Abl corresponds to Trp428 in Src. Src activity was measured as in Table 2 using 50 mM of 2-aminoimidazole; Abl assays are as described for Figure 6 (using 40 mM of 2-aminoimidazole).
