The contributions from tissue compositions, i.e., protein, lipids, non-heme iron and deoxyhemoglobin, are listed separately. The contribution of deoxyhemoglobin was calculated based on the relationships Δ f_d = R′₂/2π, Δ f_d/f₀ = 4/3π ·χ _d, and the R′₂ values of 2.9 sec⁻¹ (GM) and 0.68 sec⁻¹ (WM) at 3T (8).
