Onion epidermis cells have been transiently transformed by particle bombardment. Fusion proteins of the C-terminal part of YFP (CtYFP) and ABI3 and the N-terminal part of YFP (NtYFP) and bZIP53 have been coexpressed with HA-tagged bZIP10 (HA-bZIP10) (a and a′) or an empty vector control (b and b′).
