Lanes 1, 7 and 13: boiled substrate; lanes 2, 8 and 14: substrate only; lanes 3, 9 and 15: 0.3 pmol of BcMCM as monomer; lanes 4, 10 and 16: 0.9 pmol of BcMCM; lanes 5, 11 and 17: 2.7 pmol of BcMCM; lanes 6, 12 and 18: 2.7 pmol of BcMCM but without addition of ATP.
