Effect of cyclosporin A (CsA) on angiotensin II (Ang II)-induced cytochrome c (cyt c) release. Neonatal cardiomyocytes were incubated for three days in control medium. On the third day, some cells were treated for 6 h with either 1 nM Ang II, or 1 nM Ang II and CsA (200 nM). Following treatment, cells were harvested and the cytosolic fraction isolated.
