Mice were implanted with SQ20B xenografts. When tumors reached a size of ∼1 cm in diameter, half the mice were started on erlotinib feed; half were not. After 4 days of this feed, half the erlotinib–treated and half the control mice received 6 Gy; half of each group received no radiation. Mean values for tumor size are plotted on the graph.
