Stern-Volmer constants (KSV) of rBPI21 were obtained as described in Materials and Methods using 5NS and 16NS quenchers at 37°C, pH 6.5 and pH 7.4 Anionic lipid contents in lipid mixtures: 40% molar; LPS or DHAP content in mixtures: 5%.
