Inhibition of dsRNA-induced activation of IFN-beta by HCV proteins. HepG2 cells were co-transfected with pGL3-p125 luc with the expression plasmids for the four HCV proteins, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, and NS5A, and treated with 100 μg/ml poly(I:C).
