CD45RO, CD45RA, CD69, and HLA-DR expression on CD4⁺ CD25⁺bright cells sorted by flow cytometry and expressed in percent. A majority of CB CD4⁺CD25⁺bright cells exhibited a naïve phenotype. In contrast, PB CD4⁺CD25⁺bright exhibited an activated/memory phenotype.
