Potentiated currents from both control and FFA-treated neurons were significantly different from current prior to activation of the light (paired t test, P < 0.05). Potentiation of FFA-treated neurons was statistically significantly less than control potentiation (Student's t test, P < 0.05). Recordings were performed with CsMeSO4 internal solution at −60 mV in cultured hippocampal neurons.
