Liposomes were dispersed in PBS (pH 7.4) for the size measurement, and dispersed in 10 mM of NaCl for the ζ-potential measurement.
The hydrodynamic diameter of liposomes was calculated by the Stokes-Einstein equation.
Amount of GdDTPA-BMA or 5-FU in 1 mL liposome fraction collected using Sepharose® CL-2B gel column.
