Lissoclindine B (5) selectively kills transformed cells. Parental RPE cells and RPE-E1A cells were incubated with 1 µg/ml adriamycin, or 3–25 µM 5 for 17 h and cell death was assessed by trypan blue exclusion. Data represents average and standard deviation of three independent experiments.
