Cultures of Mtb were synchronized to OD_{600 nm} = 0.04 and grown in 7H9 broth containing 10 mM (A) or 20 mM (B) sodium propionate. Culture turbidity (OD_{600 nm}) was measured at the indicated time points. Results are representative of two independent experiments showing similar results.
