Time course of Pax8 and thyroglobulin induction. One clone generated with inducible Pax8 (4A2) was stimulated for different times with CdCl2, and total RNA was prepared. The expression of Pax8 and thyroglobulin was measured by Northern blot analysis. As shown, at 2 h of CdCl2 induction, expression of both Pax8 and thyroglobulin is detected.
