IGF-I stimulation activates cap-mediated translation in mesothelioma. (A) After overnight serum starvation, cells were treated or not treated with IGF-I (5 nM) for the indicated times (minutes) or treated with IGF-I combined with LY249002 (LY). Samples were subjected to cap-analogue capture using 7-methyl-GTP-sepharose before immunoblot analysis.
