Half-sites were taken from the NREs identified using NHR-scan and displayed in Table 3. These sites were analyzed using WebLogo software [43], and the consensus half-site determined by that program is displayed here for (A) C. elegans vATPase genes and (B) for mouse vATPase genes. The frequency of each type of response element is also shown in this figure.
