Gentamicin-containing PLL/PLGA nanofilms were assembled at pH 4.0 and loaded with gentamicin at pH 7.0 for 20 min. b) Diameter of zone of inhibition vs. pH at which drug-containing (PLL/PLGA)₂₀ nanofilms were assembled.
