Loading profiles of gentamicin and MB in (PLL/PLGA)20 nanofilms assembled at pH 4.0. Both gentamicin and MB were loaded at pH 7.0. UV-vis absorbances of gentamicin at 270 nm and MB at 665 nm were recorded, and the highest absorbance values (ie, at 60 min) were set as 100% for gentamicin and MB.
