Physiological angiogenesis is unaltered in TEM8−/− mice. Vessel structure at P10.5 in the developing retina (A), the rate of wound closure (B), the number of vessels in wounds (C) and vessel structure in the uterus (D) appeared similar between knockout and wildtype mice.
