Cells were transfected with siRNA by SWNTs two hours prior to the treatment of 0.4 µM DOX. Ninety six hours later, NBT dye reduction was used to qualitatively monitor monocyte-macrophage differentiation. Tests were done twice, counting a minimum of 300 total cells from at least three random microscope fields each. **p<0.001 vs. control untreated cells by Student's t-test.
