Effects of Hsp70 genotype and AOM/DSS treatment on weight gain. WT and Hsp70-deleted mice were treated with AOM (7.5 mg/kg body wt) on day 1 and 1 week later given 2.5% DSS × 5 days in the drinking water. This cycle was repeated twice.
