IQGAP1 regulates cell cycle progression. (A) Immunoblot demonstrating equal expression of HA-IQGAP1 constructs in NIH3T3 stable cell lines. Equal amounts of cell lysates from each cell line was loaded and blotted with anti-HA antibody. One-fifth of the lysate loaded for detecting the construct was loaded on the same gel and blotted with IQGAP1 antibody to detect the endogenous protein as a control. (B) Photomicrographs of immunofluorescence in asynchronous NIH3T3 cells stably expressing the indicated IQGAP1 constructs and triple stained with antibodies against HA (left panels), BrdU (middle panels) and DAPI for nuclei (right panels).
