These figures indicate the percentage of participants who rated each consequence as occurring either “usually” or “always”, and the percentage of participants who rated each reason as being “primary”. Participants were allowed to rate multiple reasons as “primary”. Consequences and reasons that are not included in this table were endorsed by less than 50% of participants.
