Livers of mice with the indicated genotypes administered the respective adenoviruses were harvested on day 5 following adenovirus injection and snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen. mRNA expression levels were determined by real-time quantitative PCR as described in Experimental Procedures. Values are means ± SEM. Within each set of experiments, gene expression levels are related to the respective AdNull-injected controls. nd, not detectable.
