The table contains the crystallin genes, which showed the expression pattern due to injury seen in Figure 5. The values represent the correlation values in our HEI Retina Database for the BXD RI strain set. The correlation values are also shown for Hippocampus tissues in the BXD RI strain set as well as the LXS mouse cross. This demonstrates that the crystallin gene correlation is not limited to the retina or the BXD. Correlation values are related to the probe or probe set for Crygs.
