Pathways were identified using WebGestalt by comparison of differentially expressed genes in the aortas of mice that did and did not develop aneurysms following angiotensin II infusion. Transcripts with >2 fold increase in expression in AAA compared to no AAA and p < 0.05 were submitted for pathway analysis. Pathways are linked to the KEGG website http://www.genome.jp and genes are linked to gene information. P value indicates the uncorrected significance of enrichment calculated from the hypergeometric test.
