Identification of phosphorylation sites on ATRIP. (A and B) ATRIP peptides were analyzed by LC-MS-MS using a Thermo LTQ linear ion trap mass spectrometer. MS/MS spectra of peptides containing phosphorylated S224 and S239 are shown with the corresponding b and y ions that allowed identification of the peptide with a mass shift of 80 Da corresponding to phosphorylation at the site indicated. (C) Sequence alignment of the ATRIP region containing S224 and S239.
