Effect of sildenafil on cAMP-hydrolytic activity in cytosolic fractions of mouse myocardium. cAMP-hydrolytic activity was measured at 0.1 μM cAMP in the presence of 200 μMCa2+ and 50 nM calmodulin or in the presence of 100 μM EGTA, and 0, 10, or 1000 nM (1 μM) sildenafil.
