The reagents for each step are as follows—(i) Fmoc-amino acid-OH (3 eq), Cl-HOBt (3 eq), diisopropylcarbodiimide (6 eq); (ii) 20% Piperidine/DMF; (iii) PEGO linker assembly; refer text for details.
