Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) analysis of TNFα (A) and iNOS mRNA (B) levels in cultured N9 microglial cells. Cells treated with LPS for 24 h showed significantly increased expression of both TNFα and iNOS mRNA compared to vehicle (macrophage serum free medium) treated cells.
