Overview of the gene expression data in TK6 cells using Taqman technology. The expression profile ratios of the 4- and 24-h time points of studies from all nine partners measured with Taqman technology are shown in a PCA, based on 40 genes which were found expressed across all studies (see Table 2). This includes samples from cells treated with cisplatin, etoposide, taxol, and NaCl at low, medium, and high doses.
