The values listed in column 2 are the total number of N-linked glycopeptides identified in the samples released from the hydrazide resin by PNGase F treatment. The values listed in column 3 represent the number of newly verified N-linked sites (listed in UniProt as potential N-linked sites based on the presence of the NXT/S consensus sequence, but not previously verified as being glycosylated by experimental data).23–26 The values in parentheses in column 4 is the number of glycoproteins identified based on a single N-linked glycopeptide.
