Normalized SRE.L luciferase activities induced by DH/PH fragments of LARG (WT or I1100E) and Lbc-RhoGEF (WT or I381D) reveal that mutation of the hydrophobic patch leads to a similar defect in both LARG and Lbc. Data represents the mean ± SD of three independent experiments, each measured in triplicate.
